At Letsknit we ensure that your order arrives to you quickly, insured and with Track & Trace. Thanks to our agreements with parcel services, we can offer this at an affordable price. We pay part of the shipping costs, but to maintain our competitive prices we ask a small contribution from our customers. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount. By ordering smartly, such as multiple items at the same time, you can often save money than in local stores!

Rosarios 4 is yarn from Portugal that has been specially chosen for its quality and exclusive composition such as Yak and Camel!

At the top of the page we have a search function that makes it possible to search for a brand, product or product type. In the menu below, everything is neatly sorted by category and you can search for the right product using the filters. When you click on a product you will receive more information about it. When you have questions about a product or you are not sure what to choose send us a message and we are happy to help you!

Request product

We are expanding our range with brands and products that we support. If you have a suggestion, please send us a message. There are also options to order something for you that is not currently offered on the website.

Secure payment

The website, data and server of Letsknit are secured with SSL encryption. Payments for the order are made in the secure payment environment of your own bank.

After Payment – ​​Continued

You will receive a confirmation by email after payment. This contains an overview of the ordered products and the shipping address. As soon as the package has been presented to PostNL, you will receive another email with the Track & Trace of the delivery.

Adjust or cancel order

If the status of the order is still 'Pending', you can still have the order adjusted or canceled. Send us a message and state your order number + question, adjustment or cancellation. Once you have received an email with the Track&Trace, this is no longer possible. The package has already been presented to the parcel service.

Shipping methods

The items are shipped with the parcel service PostNL or DPD. This has good cooperation with the best delivery services throughout Europe. These all offer deliveries on Monday to Saturday. Depending on the size of the packaging, the package will be put through the letterbox or the delivery person will ring the doorbell to hand it over to you. It is also possible to choose a pick-up point when creating the order. Useful when you would like to receive the order but are not sure whether you are at home. This way you can pick up the package in your area as soon as it suits you!

We always want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any complaints or questions, you can contact us via chat or email and we will look for a suitable way to help you. If it is decided to return products to the store, they must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and without odors. If the products you receive are damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the costs of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a return period of 14 days from the day of delivery. For all returns without the above reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you have received damaged items / packages, we would like to receive an email with the following information:

  • 1 photo of the opened/damaged package
  • 1 photo of the entire damaged item
  • 1 detailed photo of the actual damage
