At Letsknit we ensure that your order fast and safe delivered to you. Each shipment is insured and provided with a Track & Trace code, so you can easily track your package. You will receive an email as soon as the order is ready. We will cover part of the shipping costs. In order to continue offering our competitive prices, we ask for a small contribution.

Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: €4,99 shipping costs – free from €99,99

Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Czech Republic and Sweden: €7,99 shipping costs – free from €149,99

Remote areas
Some postal codes have been designated as remote areasDelivery drivers often have to make long detours for this, which adds time, fuel, and costs. Unfortunately, we are forced to pass these surcharges on to the customer. Because of these costs, we cannot offer free shipping.

🚚 Delivery times and shipping methods

We ship daily and strive to get your order out to you same day shipping!

  • The Netherlands & Belgium: 1–2 business days (shipped with PostNL or GLS)

  • Germany: 2–3 business days (shipped with DHL or GLS)

  • Other EU countries: 3–6 business days (shipped with FedEx)

  • Heavier packages (10+ kg): sent via DPD

Would you rather pick up your order to take a good look at everything? This is possible at Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 or by appointment at another time. Simply indicate this during checkout or contact us.


After payment – ​​what can you expect?

After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order and delivery address. Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace link.


🇧🇷 Adjust or cancel order

As long as the status of your order is still on 'In treatment' state, you can still submit changes or cancellations. Send us an email with your order number and request. Have you received a Track & Trace code and has your package already been shipped? Then changes are unfortunately no longer possible.

We want you to be satisfied. In case of complaints or dissatisfaction, we always look for a suitable solution together.

In case of wrong delivery please send us an email with the details. In case of damage please also add some photos so we can take the right action:

  1. Photo of the opened or damaged package

  2. Photo of the entire damaged item

  3. Close-up of the damage

Return conditions when you want to return the product:

  • Indoor 60 days return possible

  • In original packaging, unused, undamaged and odorless

  • Return costs are at your own expense, except in the case of damaged or incorrectly delivered products.
