At Letsknit we ensure that your order arrives quickly, insured and with Track & Trace. Thanks to agreements with parcel services, we can offer this so cheaply. We pay part of the shipping costs, but in order to maintain our competitive prices, we ask a small contribution from our customers. Free shipping is available for orders over a certain amount. By ordering smartly, such as multiple items at once, you can often still cheaper out in local stores. Look below for the possibilities and follow it in the shopping cart!

Shipping methods
Packages to Germany are shipped with DHL sent. Netherlands & Belgium with PostNLOther European countries are shipped via FedEx and large orders go through DPDWe have found that this optimal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. When you ordered before 14pm it can be shipped the same day!
Secure payment
The website, data and server of Letsknit are secured with SSL encryption. Payments for the order are made in the secure payment environment of your own bank.
After Payment – Continued
You will receive a confirmation by email after payment. This contains an overview of the ordered products and the shipping address. As soon as the package has been presented to PostNL, you will receive another email with the Track & Trace of the delivery.
Adjust or cancel order
If the status of the order is still 'Pending', you can still have the order adjusted or canceled. Send us a message and state your order number + question, adjustment or cancellation. Once you have received an email with the Track&Trace, this is no longer possible. The package has already been presented to the parcel service.

We always want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any complaints or questions, you can contact us via chat or email and we will look for a suitable way to help you. If it is decided to return products to the store, they must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged, unused, and without odors. If the products you receive are damaged, incorrect, or incorrectly shipped, we will cover the costs of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we offer a return period of 14 days from the day of delivery. For all returns without the above reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you have received damaged items / packages, we would like to receive an email with the following information:
- 1 photo of the opened/damaged package
- 1 photo of the entire damaged item
- 1 detailed photo of the actual damage
